Design and Permit
We convert your needs into architectural and structural drawings that meet standards. Al Roqi obtains all approvals — municipality, civil defense, electricity, telecommunications. You do not follow up or pay, we manage all procedures on your behalf.
Execute and Supervise
Foundations, structure, blockwork, installations. Our engineer is on-site daily, sending you photo reports. Daily supervision catches errors before they escalate. You know what is happening without visiting the site.
Handover
