The idea of Al Roqi emerged after noticing a real gap in the UAE market, where the owner had to deal with the consultant, contractor, and suppliers while bearing conflicts and problems alone. So we developed a business model that makes Al Roqi the sole entity responsible to the client for the entire building journey.
