We begin with a session to understand your vision, requirements, and project budget, documented as the basis for all subsequent decisions.
After planning, our team prepares the designs and engineering drawings the project needs. We then move to the permits and approvals phase with the municipality and relevant authorities, a stage that requires experience with UAE government procedures. Next, we compare offers from qualified contractors and recommend the most suitable one for your project before works begin.
During execution, we follow the progress of the works, coordinate the resolution of observations, and keep you informed of your project's status at every stage. At the end of the journey comes the final inspection and project handover according to the agreed scope — one party with you from planning to the key.
