After the consultation comes the engineering and architectural design phase, where our team of designers and engineers prepares 3D plans and execution drawings using the latest technical software. Then we move to the permits and approvals phase from municipalities and relevant authorities, a stage that requires deep expertise in UAE government procedures. After obtaining all permits, the actual construction phase begins under daily engineering supervision that ensures execution quality and full compliance with the approved plans.

The stages continue with the continuous engineering supervision phase, where a specialized team follows up on every detail on site from foundations to final finishes, with periodic reports reaching the client first-hand.
